Order Confirmation Email

Shipping cost depends on the size of your order and the shipping method you choose.
For US residents, shipping will be provided through Domestic via UPS Ground.
For International residents and residents living in Alaska/Hawaii/Guam, shipping will be provided through USPS.
Orders over $100 will recieve FREE shipping.

Shipping Confirmation Email
The majority of our orders are shipped within 3 - 7 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email the day your package has shipped. The email contains the details of your shipment. If you would like to check the status of your shipment you may please log on to UPS.Com and type in the tracking number e-mailed to you. International Orders are shipped via USPS.

If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you received your package for an exchange. Any wrong/damage claim made after 10 days will not be accepted.
All items for exchange must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items with make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke), or other customer damages will also result in the items being returned to you.
